CNH Industrial India certified as a Great Place to Work® for the third successive year

CNH Industrial India has been certified as a Great Place to Work® in India again in 2022. This is the for the third year in a row that the company has achieved this certification.

This certification, awarded by the Great Place to Work Institute, is based on employee survey results involving a Trust Index and a Culture Audit of the organisation’s current practices and policies. The company has recorded high scores in all components of the Trust Index i.e. Credibility, Respect, Fairness, Camaraderie and Pride. The survey findings are testament to the efforts CNH Industrial India has put into creating a work environment where employees feel safe and appreciated, have a strong sense of belonging and take pride in their achievements and as employees of CNH Industrial India.
