Trehan Group has come up with an employee welfare scheme; will now pay for the full educational fees of their offspring

Rajasthan-based real estate developer Trehan Group has offered to pay the educational expenses of their employees’ children who are serving the company at an annual salary package of Rs 3,60,000 or less. The company has released a circular in which it has promised to reimburse the school and tuition fees of their employees’ kids and also make room for laborers, contractors, and business associates who are working for them within the same policy, provided they submit stamped school fee slips.

So far, the company has entertained fee reimbursement applications for over 30 employees and laborers. Approximately 130+ employees currently receive a monthly salary of around INR 30,000. The company intends to extend this benefit to employees with a monthly salary of INR 40,000 or 50,000 in the near future.

This is another munificent welfare scheme introduced by Trehan Group a few months after it hiked the salaries of all its employees by Rs 501-1100 in January on the auspicious occasion of the Ram Mandir Consecration ceremony.

The company, in its statement, has also talked about the upliftment of the construction labor force and confirmed that it distributes 25 kgs of rice bags to more than 600 laborer families on a monthly basis.

Commenting on the same, Mr. Harsh Trehan, Chairman, Trehan Group, stated, “I believe in investing not only in properties but also in people. Supporting the educational fees of our employees’ children isn’t just an act of generosity; it’s an investment in their future, growth story, our community, and the sustainable growth of our industry. Empowering them through education creates a ripple effect of positive change that extends far beyond the walls of our buildings and creates the desirable social transformation that we wish to see in our society. We are elated to be a part of our employees’ and laborers’ lives and help their children make a future for themselves.”
